Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component separation apparatus of a printed circuit board which suppresses the consumption of superheated steam thereby improving the heating efficiency and the reliability of the separation of an electronic component in an apparatus which heats the printed circuit board with the superheated steam thereby separating the electronic component of the printed circuit board.SOLUTION: A printed circuit board rotation holding mechanism, which rotatably holds multiple printed circuit boards, is installed in a heating vessel having a sealed structure. Superheated steam is supplied from the exterior to the heating vessel and the printed circuit board is heated. When at least a brazing material which fixes an electronic component to the printed circuit board is heated to be melted, the printed circuit board rotation holding mechanism is rotationally driven and the electronic component fixed to the printed circuit board is separated by centrifugal force. |
