Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of C terminals in a semiconductor integrated circuit having a regulator supplying a power supply voltage to a logic circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit 30 comprises a switch circuit 35 provided between first and second output terminals OTa, OTb and an external connection terminal CT4 connected to an external capacitor C4. One end of the switch circuit 35 is connected to the first output terminal OTa and another end of the switch circuit 35 is connected to the external connection terminal CT4 and the second output terminal OTb. The switch circuit 35 is turned on during a period of time when a first regulator A31 supplies a first power source voltage Va to a first logic circuit A32, and the switch circuit 35 is turned off during a period of time when the first regulator A31 stops to supply power source voltage to the first logic circuit A32. |
