LIGHT EMITTING MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting module capable of achieving reduction in number of components and size thereof.SOLUTION: A light emitting module 10 includes: a semiconductor laser 15; a light receiving element 14b monitoring light of the semiconductor laser; a laser drive circuit 14a driving the semiconductor laser; and a control circuit 14c controlling the laser drive circuit on the basis of the monitoring output of the light receiving element. The light receiving element, the laser drive circuit and the control circuit are integrated on a semiconductor circuit substrate 14 manufactured through a semiconductor manufacturing process, and the semiconductor laser is mounted on a position where the light of the semiconductor laser can be monitored by the light receiving element on the semiconductor circuit substrate.
