MEDAL SELECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal selection device capable of accurately distributing a designated number of medals.SOLUTION: A medal selection device comprises: a delivery device that separates and delivers medals accumulated in a first holding bowl one by one; an alignment feeding device that temporarily holds medals delivered from the delivery device in a second holding bowl, sorts the temporarily held medals one by one and delivers the medals to a medal mobile route; a moving device that moves the medals delivered from the alignment feeding device along the mobile route; medal determination means that determines authenticity of the medals on the mobile route; a sorting device that, on the basis of the result of determination by the medal determination means, distributes each medal moving along the mobile route to either a genuine medal exit or a false medal exit; and a control device that adjusts the number of delivering medals delivered from the delivery device to the second holding bowl according to the number of genuine medals determined by the medal determination means.
