Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure of a clean room in which time and efforts for cleaning can be reduced by completing cleaning in an upper space formed above a beam member not through clean-up cleaning but through usual cleaning without high-pace work that is performed by scaffolding or the like, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A deck plate 4 is placed on a lower-chord steel frame 11 in a truss structure 3. The deck plate 4 is splint-shaped while having an uneven cross section, and a projection 22 in an end close portion of the deck plate 4 is crushed to a height position of a recess 21. Furthermore, by the side of the end close portion of the deck plate 4, Z-shaped ironware 5 is disposed and an edge seal member 6 is provided between the lower-chord steel frame 11 and a top plate 5B of the Z-shaped ironware 5. Air-tightness between the lower-chord steel frame 11 and the deck plate 4 is secured by the edge seal member 6.
