Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-open packaging bag which is prevented from separation of an unsealed piece therefrom when opening the packaging bag, can be reliably and readily opened while holding the packaging bag with one hand, and is excellent in openable property, and to provide a method for manufacturing an easy-open packaging bag, and an easy-open packaging body.SOLUTION: The easy-open packaging bag 1 is configured such that a laminate film is folded back and both side ends thereof are superposed each other; and an easy-peel sealant film 20 is put on a lower surface side of the superposed part 2. The easy-open packaging bag includes: easy-peel parts 3, 13 formed at both ends of the easy-peel sealant film by means of heat sealing; side seal parts 4; and an opening 9 for filling a content therefrom.
