STENCIL BASE PAPER LOCKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open a clamp plate by suppressing vibration of the clamp plate when opening the clamp plate.SOLUTION: The stencil base paper locking device 10 is constituted such that the leading edge Ga of stencil base paper G in a conveying direction is clamped on a part of the outer peripheral surface 11a of a cylindrical plate cylinder 11 which is made to freely rotate, and then the stencil base paper G is wound round the outer peripheral surface 11a of the plate cylinder 11. The stencil base paper locking device 10 includes: a plate mounting base 21 mounted on a part of the outer peripheral surface 11a of the plate cylinder 11 in a state where its longitudinal direction is set along the axial direction of the plate cylinder 11; a magnet plate 22 mounted on the plate mounting base 21 in a state where its longitudinal direction is set along the axial direction of the plate cylinder 11; the clamp plate 30 having a long-length clamp surface 30a opposed to the magnet plate 22 and pivotally supported on the plate mounting base 21 to be mounted so as to be openable and closable; and clamp plate opening/closing means (44L and 44R) opening one end side and the other end side of the clamp plate 30 in the longitudinal direction in different timing.
