The control method calculates the load increasing rate from the load measured value measured by the load measuring instrument 1, and reduces the lowering speed of a slide when the load increasing rate exceeds a predetermined permissible load increasing rate. The load applied to the press machine body and the mold is reduced before it becomes overload, and the press machine body and the mold can be prevented from being damaged by overload. |
