X-RAY DETECTER SYSTEM AND X-RAY CT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an X-ray detecter and a data collecting apparatus to be densely packed.SOLUTION: The X-ray detecter system 12 is constructed by overlapping an X-ray detecting chip 12a in which a plurality of detecting elements are arranged in a two dimensional array for directly transforming X-rays or indirectly once transformed optical signals into electric signals, an amplifying chip 12b1 for amplifying the electric signals from detecting elements of the X-ray detecting chip, and an A/D conversion chip 12b2 for converting output signals from the amplifying chip to digital signals, and mounting them on a ceramic substrate 12c by electrically connecting them with through electrodes in series. Thus, the X-ray detecting apparatus and data collecting apparatus, conventionally constructed separately, are integrated into one chip to be a high density X-ray detecter system, which can be densely packed into an X-ray CT apparatus.
