INCOMING CALL CONTROL APPARATUS AND INCOMING CALL CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness by more properly controlling an extension terminal to which a call comes in.SOLUTION: An incoming call control apparatus 1 containing plural extension terminals 2 comprises: generation means 13 for generating an incoming call control table 15 in which each telephone number registered in plural pieces of phone book data obtained from the respective extension terminals 2 is associated with at least one extension terminal having the telephone number registered in the phone book data; and incoming call control means 14 which receives a call originated to the incoming call control apparatus 1 and if the telephone number of the originating source of the call is stored in the incoming call control table 15, makes the call come to the extension terminal 2 associated with the telephone number.
