Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer inductor the superposition characteristics of which can be improved even if it is made compact and thin.SOLUTION: A conductor pattern 15 consists of a coil electrode 13 revolving spirally in a laminate while superposing vertically, and a connection electrode 14 connecting the coil electrode 13 and an external electrode 16. The length of a path of a conductor pattern 15 on the outermost layer out of a plurality of conductor patterns 15 is set longer than that of a conductor pattern 15 on other inner layer, and a nonmagnetic layer 12 is provided in contact with the inside of the conductor pattern 15 on the outermost layer in the multilayer inductor.
