PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit component migration apparatus, circuit component migration program and circuit component migration method which allows a symbol to be taken over to migrate a circuit component.SOLUTION: A circuit component migration apparatus 10 includes: an identification unit 13a that identifies a circuit component of a migration destination corresponding to a circuit component that is a target to be migrated on the basis of correspondence information 11a indicating a circuit component of the migration destination corresponding to a circuit component of a migration source; a comparison unit 13b that compares the shape of a symbol representing the identified circuit component of the migration destination with the shape of a symbol representing the circuit component that is a target to be migrated; and a registration unit 13c that associates, when the comparison indicates that the shapes are different, the symbol representing the circuit component that is a target to be migrated with the identified circuit component of the migration destination, and registers the associated symbol and identified circuit component in migration destination component information 11b that stores information on circuit components of the migration destination.
