OPERATION POSITION GUIDANCE DEVICE AND GUIDANCE METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to select an operation target position by referring to a guidance image without taking his/her eyes off an operation object.SOLUTION: An operation position guidance method, which guides a point of a pointing unit 11 to reach a known operation target position on an operation plane in an operation, comprises the steps of: capturing the operation plane by a camera unit 13; displaying a guidance position navigation mark 153 and lines 151 and 152 of which orthogonal crossing point is a guidance center, while showing an operator the operation plane on a transparent screen unit 15 of which screen is transparent during the operation; calculating a position of the point of the pointing unit 11 from images captured by the camera unit 13; comparing the calculated position with position information of the known operation target position; displaying the position navigation mark for the guidance center on the transparent screen unit 15 on the basis of deviation and a direction from the calculated position to the known operation target position; and displaying indication of a moving direction on the screen so that the position navigation mark reaches the guidance center.
