SYNTHETIC RESIN HOSE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible synthetic resin hose having both pressure resistance and excellent tensile strength, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A reinforcement layer 3 having high tensile strength is formed by a reinforcement wire 2b when a reinforcement band-shaped material 2, wherein the reinforcement wire 2b is spirally wound across between two parallel linear materials 2a and 2a', is spirally wound around the outer circumferential face of a soft synthetic resin tube body 1 with the reinforcement wire 2b directed in the tube body 1 longitudinal direction. At the same time, the reinforcement layer 3 is coated with a soft synthetic resin outside tube, and a hard synthetic resin spiral projection line is wound around the outer circumferential face of the outside tube so that pressure resistance and shape retention are given by the hard synthetic resin spiral projection line.
