Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an acceleration feeling from deteriorating after a manual transmission 73 is shifted up, in a diesel engine 1 with a supercharger.SOLUTION: A control device of the diesel engine with the superchargers includes a controller 10 which makes at least a first turbo supercharger 62 operate when an operating condition of the diesel engine 1 is in a low-revolution area, and makes a second turbo supercharger 61 operate when the operating condition is in a high-revolution area larger in the number of revolutions than the low-revolution area. The controller 10 performs shift up control for making the first turbo supercharger 62 operate until an accelerator pedal is depressed after the start of a shift up process, when the shift up process, including the full closing of an accelerator, of the manual transmission 73 is performed in the case where the operating condition of the engine is in the high-revolution area.
