FOOTREST FOR WORK MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel footrest for a work machine capable of reliably supporting the legs of an operator without moving an operator's seat.SOLUTION: A footrest 60 is provided on a floor panel 11 in front of the operator's seat installed in a cabin of the work machine. It includes a pair of sliding rails 61, 61 extending in the longitudinal direction of the operator's seat, a pair of footrest bodies 62, 62 to be moved along the respective sliding rails 61, 61, and a lock mechanism 63 for fixing the footrest bodies 62, 62 onto the respective sliding rails 61, 61 at their selective positions. Thus, the footrest 60 itself can be moved in the direction of the operator and so the legs of the operator can be reliably supported without moving the operator's seat.
