PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die adapter and a sheet extrusion molding device for improving quality, productivity, and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: The die adapter 2 is detachably connected between an extrusion machine 11 and a die 3, and includes an adapter flow passage 21. The cross section of an adapter inlet 22 connected to a resin outflow port 111 conforms to the cross section of the resin outflow port 111. The cross section of an adapter outlet 23 connected to a die inlet 32 conforms to the cross section of the die inlet 32. The cross section of the adapter flow passage 21 in the flow direction is formed, from the inlet toward the outlet, so that a flow passage width W on the outlet side is larger than a flow passage W' on the inlet side, and a flow passage thickness H on the outlet side is smaller than a flow passage thickness H' on the inlet side. The cross sectional area of the adapter inlet 22 and that of the adapter outlet 23 are the same.
