Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetism sensor which comprises a sensor stack including: a first magnetic portion; a second magnetic portion; and a barrier layer between the first magnetic portion and the second magnetic portion.SOLUTION: At least one of a first magnetic portion and a second magnetic portion comprises a multilayer structure including: a first magnetic layer having positive magnetic strain which adjoins a barrier layer; a second magnetic layer; and an interlayer between the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer. A magnetic sensor has at least about 80% of an MR ratio when resistor-area (RA) product is about 1.0 μm.
