PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a production schedule for reducing the number of operators who should be directed simultaneously by one supervisor as much as possible in a production line including a step of performing continuous production.SOLUTION: A production schedule preparation device prepares a schedule of a plurality of facilities which perform processing in parallel, and each of which continuously processes a plurality of objects to be processed. The production schedule preparation device calculates difficulty of the processing at a continuous part where the objects to be processed continue on the basis of attributes of the respective objects to be processed at the front and back of the continuous part for each facility, and prepares the schedule which is a processing order of the objects to be processed in the respective facilities such that the smaller number of the continuous parts where the skill level of the operator operating the facility is below the difficulty are to be generated in the same time period.
