Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic hard coat film that suppresses decrease in transparency and generation of interference fringes and has excellent adhesiveness.SOLUTION: An antistatic hard coat layer 7 comprising a first hard coat layer 5 and a second hard coat layer 6 is formed in the following manner. A photosetting resin composition for forming an antistatic hard coat layer, which contains conductive chain-like metal oxide particles, at least either an urethane (meth)acrylate having 6 or more functional groups and 1000 or more molecular weight or a polymer (meth)acrylate having 10 or more functional groups and 10000 or more molecular weight, and a solvent having permeability to a substrate 1A, is applied and dried on the substrate 1A to form a layer; and on the formed layer, a layer containing chain-like metal oxide particles is formed, which contains chain-like metal oxide particles, a photopolymerizable monomer, and at least either an urethane (meth)acrylate or a polymer (meth)acrylate; then the two layers are cured with light.
