Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque detection device which is simply structured, and easily miniaturized.SOLUTION: A torque detection device 1 is configured of an annular magnet 21; a first annular yoke 22; a second annular yoke 23; and a magnetic sensor 24, and an S pole and an N pole are alternately magnetized to the annular magnet 21 in a circumferential direction. The first yoke 22 includes: tooth-shaped first magnetized parts 22a annularly arrayed so as to respectively face the S pole of the magnet 21; and a first annular plate 22b annular formed such that the first magnetized parts 22a are respectively connected. The second yoke 23 includes: tooth-shaped second magnetized parts 23a annularly arrayed so as to respectively face the N pole of the magnet 21; and a second annular plate 23b annular formed such that the second magnetized parts 23a are respectively connected, and arranged so as to face the first annular plate 22b. The magnetic sensor 24 is arranged between the first annular plate 22b and the second annular plate 23b.
