Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer double-sided adhesive sheet which can bond two optical elements, wherein when desired, adhesive force is reduced or disappeared by irradiating active energy rays to become easily peelable state, thereby being removed from the adherend without leaving adhesive deposit; a laminate using the multilayer double-sided adhesive sheet; and a display device with a touch panel, using the multilayer double-sided adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: This multilayer double-sided adhesive sheet has at least two adhesive layers, where one of outermost adhesive layers is an active energy ray-curable adhesive layer, the thickness of which is 15 μm or more, and adhesive force of which after irradiation of active energy ray is 10 N/25 mm or less.
