Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an injection valve device from being clogged with a solidified raw material and to allow easy control of inner pressure thereof by keeping an injection interval of an injection valve used in a high-pressure homogenizer constant, as regards the injection valve device and an injection valve unit of the high-pressure homogenizer which is used for dispersing and emulsifying a raw material such as a suspension containing fine solid matter or the like as the raw material dispersed in a liquid and used for efficiently pulverizing or processing the raw material such as crushing cell membranes of fungi in the liquid.SOLUTION: The injection valve device of the high-pressure homogenizer has a small diameter orifice 3 formed in a high-pressure homogenizing mechanism section 1, through which a raw material G consisting of suspension 2 containing fine solid matter or the like in the liquid is made to pass at high speed under high pressure and includes a fixed member 5 having a raw material introduction passage 4 and a movable member 6 disposed in a freely turnable, swingable, and pulsative manner in an axial direction I. The orifice is made of a narrow gap K in a radial direction R between the fixed side end face 5a of the fixed member and the movable side end face 6a of the movable member 6 and communicates with a material processing passage 8 via an annular collision wall 7.
