Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide enzymatic compositions, especially heat stable enzymatic compositions optimized for growing "syrup" rich in fermentable sugar used in bioethanol plan from biomass.SOLUTION: There is provided a Talaromyces emersonii strain which is thermophilic and encoding heat stable enzymes. The enzymes sustain activity at temperature exceeding 55°C. These stains and enzymes may be used in various processes from reduction of wastes to production of new food components and bio-fuel.
