Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that allows being further downsized.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes a stack 10 in which a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 and a plurality of coolant passages 11 are stacked. On projection sides of power terminals 21 of the semiconductor modules 2, an electronic device 3 is disposed. A plurality of bus bars 4 connected to the power terminals 21 are interposed between body portions 20 of the semiconductor modules 2 and the electronic device 3. Moreover, a connection portion 5 electrically connecting the semiconductor modules 2 and the electronic device 3 is formed. The bus bars 4 include positive electrode bus bars 4a and negative electrode bus bars 4b. Each positive electrode bus bar 4a and each negative electrode bus bar 4b are disposed so as to face each other with a predetermined distance in the projection direction (Z direction) of the power terminals 21. The connection portion 5 is disposed at a position adjacent to the longer direction (Y direction) of the coolant passages 11 with respect to the positive electrode bus bars 4a and the negative electrode bus bars 4b, between the electronic device 3 and the stack 10.
