PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of surely preventing document data leakage.SOLUTION: When it receives browsing permission setting information and document identification information included in bar coding data transmitted from a terminal device 2, a server 3 searches the document data stored in storage means for document data of the document identification information from a portable terminal and determines whether the browsing permission setting information transmitted from a portable terminal 2 matches the browsing permission setting information associated with the searched document data. When it determines that the browsing permission setting information transmitted from the portable terminal 2 matches the browsing permission setting information associated with the searched document data, the server 3 transmits key information for decrypting an encryption specification region to the terminal device 2. The portable terminal 2 decrypts the encryption specification region using the key information transmitted from the server 3 and displays the decrypted region in display means 2b.
