Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reduction of energy consumption compatible with maintenance of production efficiency inside a plant.SOLUTION: When a work 90 is not introduced into an inert atmospheric chamber 13, in a reflow furnace 100, an operation mode is shifted from a normal mode to an energy saving mode. The energy saving mode is continued until the remaining time (remaining standby time) until next throwing the work 90 in becomes a reference recovery time (tr). When the remaining standby time becomes less than or equal to the reference recovery time (tr), control of elements of the reflow furnace is returned to the normal mode. During the energy saving mode, the energy consumption in members (such as heaters 11A-11N) for supplying energy to the inert atmospheric chamber 13 is less than that during the normal mode. |
