Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the power generation efficiency of a photovoltaic device including a microcrystal silicon layer.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic device 100 includes: a transparent conductive layer 12 having a texture structure; and a second photoelectric conversion unit 20 which is directly or indirectly formed on the transparent conductive layer 12 and includes a microcrystal silicon layer. The photovoltaic device 100 has a buried layer 14 including silicon burying a recessed part in a state where at least a part of a protruding part of the texture structure of the transparent conductive layer 12 is exposed.
