Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operation by a touch panel even when a GUI corresponds to only a key operation in the case of using equipment including the touch panel as operation equipment of the GUI.SOLUTION: A touch event processing unit 102 detects a touch operation from a user with respect to a virtual remote control device GUI 202 displayed on a touch panel 101 when the touch operation of a GUI 201 is impossible, and notifies a GUI display control unit 103 of a touch event EV1 showing the content of the detected touch operation. A touch event conversion unit 106 converts the touch event EV1 of which the GUI display control unit 103 has been notified by the touch event processing unit 102 into a preliminarily associated key event KEV for operating the GUI 201, and notifies the GUI display control unit 103 of the key event KEV. The GUI display control unit 103 makes the GUI 201 execute the processing of the key event KEV.
