PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute calibration of an input device without interrupting an input operation and without spoiling comfort and user-friendliness of the input operation when an operator executes the input operation on the input device.SOLUTION: In the case that input information acquired from an input unit 1 is input information ineffective for an input operation, a capacitance value relating to the input information is regarded as a capacitance value varied by an influence of variation in use environment or the like of an input device 10 and is added to or subtracted from a value relating to the input information, and thereby a reference value of the input information is corrected to such a value that the capacitance value relating to the input information is indirectly initialized, that is, so-called calibration is executed. Consequently, a region on which an input operation is performed is on the outside of the object of calibration execution, so that calibration can be executed without interrupting the input operation even when the input operation is performed on the input device 10.
