Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify focus positioning of a condenser lens 29 and centering adjustment of two lenses 23, 29.SOLUTION: A Y-axis swinging lever 65 is provided at an upper part in a body case 7 swingably around a shaft center in parallel with an X-axis direction, the Y-axis swinging lever 65 has a Y-axis main drive roller 67 contactable with a Y-axis spindle 61 at one end side, and a Y-axis driven roller 69 contactable with an XZ plane of a Y-axis slide 41 at the other end side, an X-axis swinging lever 79 is provided at the upper part in the body case 7 swingably around a shaft center in parallel with a Y-axis direction, and the X-axis swinging lever 79 has an X-axis main drive roller 81 contactable with an X-axis spindle 77 at one end side, and an X-axis driven roller 83 contactable with a YZ plane of an X-axis slide 45.
