Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device enabling control so as to provide a specimen with vibration having both a target spectrum and a target non-gaussian characteristic.SOLUTION: Control spectrum calculation means 22 compares a target spectrum with a response spectrum, and calculates a control spectrum so as to make both spectra even. Gaussian random signal generation means 26 executes inverse Fourier transform by providing a random phase to each frequency component of the control spectrum, and generates a gaussian random signal. Conversion means 28 converts the gaussian random signal into a non-gaussian random signal on the basis of a conversion characteristic. Drive signal generation means 32 determines an inverse of a transmission characteristic of a system including a vibration tester and a specimen to be a control characteristic, and transforms the non-gaussian random signal to generates a drive signal. The drive signal converted into an analog signal by a D/A converter 16 is provided to a vibration tester 2.
