PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust remover capable of making screen residues flow downstream without catching them with a screen when emergency flooding of heavy rainfall or the like occurs.SOLUTION: A dust remover 1 includes: a coarse screen 2; a fine screen 3 installed in parallel with the coarse screen 2 on the downstream side of the coarse screen 2, whose upper end is positioned lower than an upper end of the coarse screen 2; an endless chain 7 disposed in a track shape along the coarse screen 2 and the fine screen 3; a coarse rake (rake 5) for raking a front surface of the coarse screen 2 in an upper direction; and a fine rake (rake 5) for raking a front surface of the fine screen 3 in a lower direction. When a water level rises above the upper end of the fine screen 3 when the emergency flooding occurs, the screen residues that pass through the coarse screen 2 flow downstream as they are from an upper space of the fine screen 3.
