MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF TRUNK DEVICE FOR SADDLE TYPE VEHICLE, THE SADDLE TYPE VEHICLE INCLUDING THE SAME, AND THE TRUNK DEVICE FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness and weight of a trunk by reducing the rigidity required for the trunk.SOLUTION: This mounting structure of a trunk device includes: a carrier (12) arranged on this saddle type vehicle (10); a trunk device (20) detachably mounted to the carrier (12); a front lock part (31) and a rear lock part (41) projecting to the carrier (12) side on the front and rear sides of a mounting surface (21) to the carrier (12) in the trunk device (20) with respect to the vehicle front-back direction; and an engagement hook (51) operated according to operation of an operator for fixing the trunk device (20) to the carrier (12) by engaging with the carrier (12); wherein the front lock part (31) and a rear lock part (41) are formed with a front lock hook (31) and a rear lock hook (41) bent in the same direction out of the front side/rear side, and the engagement hook (51) bends in a direction opposite to the bending direction of both the lock hooks (31, 41), and engages with the carrier (12) by moving in the direction opposite to the bending direction of both the lock hooks (31, 41) in a fixing operation by the operator.
