SEATBELT RETRACTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact seatbelt retractor that secures sufficient strength of a pilot lever.SOLUTION: A clutch for moving a pawl has a pilot lever support portion which protrudes to face an outer peripheral surface radially opposite an engaging claw portion of a shaft portion of the pilot lever inserted into an attachment boss, at a predetermined distance. The outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion, which is normally inserted into the attachment boss, of the pilot lever forms a predetermined gap with the pilot lever support portion. The engaging claw portion is rotated by self-weight. The engaging claw portion is engaged with a locking gear by oscillation of a sensor lever in an emergency, and pushed by rotation of the locking gear in a webbing extraction direction. When the attachment boss is bent, the clutch is rotated along with the rotation of the locking gear, while the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion abuts on the pilot lever support portion.
