PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus configured to satisfactorily maintain movability of a switch, while improving operability thereof, and to provide a cycle computer.SOLUTION: A lower case of a housing 21 can be rotated with respect to a rotation base 30 mounted on a mount. A rotation base lid 140 is fixed to the rotation base 30 in the housing 21. A jog switch 161 is mounted on the undersurface of an electric board 150 arranged in the housing 21. An operation element 162 of the jog switch 161 projects downward. The operation element 162 is held between lock parts 191, 192 of the rotation base lid 140. When the housing 21 is rotated and tilted, the operation element 162 rotates integrally with the housing 21, while the rotation base lid 140 does not rotate. The operation element 162 is laterally biased by the lock parts 191, 192, to turn on/off the jog switch 161.
