Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To province a fuel cell electrode which is high in strength of a skeletal structure of a catalyst layer, capable of favorably maintaining a gap structure of the catalyst layer, and further, suppressed in cost and also economically excellent.SOLUTION: In a fuel cell electrode applied for a membrane-electrode assembly, a catalyst layer is formed by alternately laminating an electrolyte resin fiber and a non-electrolyte resin fiber to be integrated in a sheet-like form, surfaces of the electrolyte resin fiber and the non-electrolyte resin fiber are coated with a catalyst.
