Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry and exit management system for changing a security level in accordance with the number of users who exist in a reading range of an authentication card such as an IC card or the level of each user.SOLUTION: The entry and exit management system includes: a first camera 6 for measuring the number of the entry side users of a monitoring area 3; a second camera 7 for measuring the number of the exit side users of the monitoring area 3; first comparison means for comparing the number of the entry side users with the number of the exit side users; an ID card 5 owned by each of a plurality of users for transmitting information including at least a user ID; a radio card reader 9 for receiving each pieces of information from each of the users; second comparison means for comparing a first security level associated with each ID with a second security level set in the monitoring area 3 for each user; and authentication method changing means for changing the authentication method of each user on the basis of the comparison results of the first comparison means and the second comparison means.
