Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide binder resins which are superior in cohesiveness when used amount of sulfuric acid and aluminum sulfate is small in a papermaking technique to manufacture paper, non-woven fabric or sheet things by agglutinating pulp or inorganic fiber with aqueous dispersion element of the binder resins.SOLUTION: Main points of the invention are a manufacturing method of acrylic resin dispersion element for papermaking processing for emulsion polymerization of monomer mixture including modacrylic monomer in the presence of carboxylate type anionic surfactant (A) and a papermaking method using the acrylic resin dispersion element for papermaking processing.
