Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition which has excellent adhesive force to various adherends such as metals, glass and plastic, comprises a simple composition, and can easily be produced, and an adhesive resin molded body and an adhesive resin laminate using the adhesive resin composition.SOLUTION: The adhesive resin composition contains as essential components (A) an acid-modified polyolefin resin and (B) an epoxy resin-based compound having ≥2 epoxy groups per molecule and ≥10 hydroxy groups per molecule. The adhesive resin molded body comprises a film or sheet formed from the adhesive resin composition. The adhesive resin laminate is obtained by laying an adhesive resin layer comprising the adhesive resin composition on at least one surface of a base material.
