Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: In starting a distributed power generation system using electric power of a storage battery during power failure, a user does not grasp a relationship between electric energy required for starting the distributed power generation system and remaining electric energy of the storage battery; therefore, the user continues to use electric power and hence the required electric energy for starting may become insufficient.SOLUTION: An electric power component required for starting a distributed power generation system is made invisible to a user by subtracting the power component from a remaining amount of a storage battery. Thus, the distributed power generation system can start more completely and hence a user can use electric power from the distributed power generation system even during power failure.
