PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AV amplifier that can reproduce a frequency component that cannot be reproduced by a display speaker.SOLUTION: An AV amplifier comprises: an HPF that extracts a high frequency component from first channel voice data; an LPF that extracts a low frequency component from the first channel voice data; adding means that adds the voice data extracted by the LPF to second channel voice data; reproducing means that reproduces the voice data from the adding means on a speaker connected to the AV amplifier; transmitting means that transmits the first channel voice data extracted by the LPF to a display device so that the display device can reproduce the voice data on a display speaker; receiving means that receives information on a frequency that cannot be reproduced by the display speaker from the display device; and setting means that sets pass frequencies for the HPF and LPF based on the information on a frequency that cannot be reproduced by the display speaker.
