PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive member exhibiting excellent transparency and conductivity and having good appearance.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive member 1 comprises: a graphene layer 2; a coloring layer 3 overlapping the graphene layer 2; and a transparent substrate 4. In the transparent conductive member 1, a first region 5 consisting of a region where the graphene layer 2, the coloring layer 3 and the substrate 4 are overlapping, and a second region 6 consisting of a region where the coloring layer 3 and the substrate 4 are overlapping but the graphene layer 2 is not overlapping are formed. Between the transparent color of the first region 5 and the transparent color of the second region 6, the difference Lof L, the difference aof a, and the difference bof bsatisfy the relation shown by following expression (1). {( L)+( a)+( b)}≤1.2 ...(1).
