Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate for a battery which is superior in cycle characteristics as a battery without peeling in a process.SOLUTION: In an electrode plate for a battery is configured by forming a mixture layer composed of at least an active material 11 and a binder 12 on the surface of a current collector 10, by using carboxy-modified rubber as the binder 12 and a base as a dispersing agent, the carboxy-modified rubber is free from proton and negatively charged, and then dispersed and arranged between active materials and between the active material 11 and the current collector 10 by electrostatic repulsion.
