Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although it is considered before that an electrode contact surface is inclined and the angle of inclination of the inclined surface is made large so as to improve attracting force, a movable core is close to a fixed core when the angle of inclination is made too large and the attracting force decreases in electrode contacting operation, so that the attracting force is deficient at a contacting start position of a contact.SOLUTION: A DC operation type electromagnetic contactor includes: a fixed core 2 into which a bobbin 22 of an electromagnet coil is inserted; a movable core 3 arranged opposite the fixed core 2 to make contact therewith and break the contact; a movable insulating base 7 which supports a movable contactor 10 through a contact spring 9 securing contact pressure with a fixed contactor 11; an upper insulation base 8 supporting the fixed contactor 11; a return spring 5 arranged to break the contact of the movable core 3 with the fixed core 2; and a fixed insulation base 6 accommodating the respective members. Electrode contact surfaces of the movable core and fixed core are inclined, and steps are provided to at least one or more inclined surfaces to improve the attracting force. |
