Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data synchronization registration device capable of efficiently updating recorded data without stopping a monitoring work.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a data synchronization registration device 53 for updating data of a monitoring center device 3 and is constituted so as to have: a data difference extraction device 51 which extracts difference data between pieces of data which are recorded in any two of a plurality of data storage devices; and a data synchronization device 52 which records the difference data extracted by the data difference extraction device 51 in one of the two data storage devices, in which the difference data is not recorded.
