Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire the number of cycles required for execution of DVFS without being affected by architecture of a built-in system.SOLUTION: Firmware (21) has: a cycle number approximation routine (213); and an operation voltage and frequency calculation routine (213). The cycle number approximation routine includes a cycle number approximation function. The cycle number approximation function approximates the number of cycles of a task by input of an attribute parameter for determining the processing content of a user circuit (6). The operation voltage and frequency calculation routine calculates target operation voltage and a frequency of the user circuit (6) on the basis of the number of cycles obtained by execution of the cycle number approximation routine.
