Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air-conditioning machine which has high heat exchange efficiency.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit 1 includes a left side panel 4 configured to form a left side of a housing 1A and to partially extend to the front of the housing 1A, and a front left panel 2 configured to form the front of the housing 1A together with a part of the left side panel 4. An end part of the front left panel 2 is connected, at the front of the housing 1A, to an end part of the left side panel 4. The left side panel 4 includes air inlets 11a in an area that forms the left side of the housing 1A. A metal sheet 13 is interposed between the connection of the end part of the front left panel 2 and the end part of the left side panel 4, and a front end part of the heat exchanger 12b. Thus, the metal sheet 13 secures the heat exchanger 12b to the front left panel 2.
