Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure for mounting in-vehicle equipment, which enables the in-vehicle equipment to be reliably moved after the in-vehicle equipment is disengaged from a vehicle body because an external force acts on the in-vehicle equipment.SOLUTION: An inverter tray 20, to which an inverter 30 is detachably attached, includes a front part 20F of the tray and a back part 20B of the tray which is more greatly inclined than the front part 20F of the tray. The front part 20F of the tray is fixed to the vehicle body 14, and the back part 20B of the tray has a back end brought away by a predetermined dimension from a brake unit 70. When an external force is input into the inverter 30 from before, the inverter 30 can easily move to the rear of the vehicle because the inverter 30 is disengaged from the inverter tray 20 and brought into contact with the back part 20B of the tray so that an angle of inclination of the back part 20B of the tray can become small.
