Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solution including copper ions by adding easy-to-use substances and water to a poorly-soluble copper compound for dissolution.SOLUTION: Cupric hydroxide or cupric oxide, equal to double amount of ammonium salt by a weight ratio to the cupric hydroxide or cupric oxide and 5-10 times amount of sodium hydrogensulfate by a weight ratio to the cupric hydroxide or cupric oxide are mixed with each other. To the mixture, 2-10 times amount of water to the solid total weight of the mixture is added and the total amount is dissolved.
